I have years of experience working as a consultant for family offices at home and abroad.
For example, I have extensive experience in supervising Danish and/or English-speaking support staff, “Family Advisory” in the broadest sense and working in dynamic teams with very different cultures and approaches.
I have also been tasked, for example, with preparing individual development plans (NextGen) and broader reviews of meta-studies as arguments for implementing measures for the individual members of family offices. There is naturally – also here – a focus on challenges as well as resources in the individual and in the environment. My private waiting room plays a significant role in terms of being able to maintain the extra discretion that is often needed. In this connection, more inconspicuous parking can be done in the backyard.
