You can talk to me no matter where in the country – or the world – you live.
Although there are excellent studies that broadly support online conversations as having as much impact as physical ones, I believe that human contact, sensations and body language work best in the same physical space. Therefore, I will always prefer that you/you meet me in my office, where the framework is set for our work together.
It is simple to establish a conversation with me – also online video consultation on e.g. Google Meet (software recommended by the Danish Psychological Association):
Schedule the appointment with me. Pay in advance of our agreement (by bank transfer or invoice).
Call me on the phone as agreed or I will send you a link to Google Meet.
I often have the opportunity to speak with you at short notice – contact me for further arrangements.
The Internet has become an opportunity to reach far more individuals or families who need help and advice. The conversations take place via the screen at home in your familiar and safe surroundings.
Video-based internet therapy is similar in many ways to a more traditional therapy course. We can see each other while we talk. A video-based online therapy session is technically the same as a video conference you may be familiar with. The conversations on webcam can possibly be combined with conversations in my premises, if you wish.
I use Google Meet, which is Google’s take on a platform for online meetings recommended by the Danish Psychological Association. My email encryption system is R-mail, which is also the solution recommended by the Danish Psychological Association.
The solution is GDPR compliant. Data is stored encrypted and secure.
